Dana: "I hope both. There's a cherry compote in the middle."
Prue Leith: "I love the height. Looks very spectacular."
Paul Hollywood (cutting the cake): "Oh, the knife drops through. Oh, lovely."
Prue Leith: "Oh, look at that."
Paul Hollywood: "The flavour is fantastic."
Prue Leith: "Cherry flavour is beautiful, but the cherry and the mascarpone filling that you've got is a bit weak. If you'd had overnight to set it would have been better."
