Italian Cottage Loaf

It's a big dough. I've got like 700 grams of four in here. I went to Amalf coast. It was good. It was expensive. I mean I saw it. You had to take out a mortgage. So it was a place I'd never go back to. Extra-large cottage loaf inspired by Italian coastal cuisine featuring Kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes, using 700g of flour for substantial size.
Paul Hollywood: It looks monstrous. How much flour did you use? 700G. It's a big loaf but actually the structure is spot on. Great color. The olives come through beautifully. Sundried tomatoes not so much. I can taste the sundried tomatoes but I don't think the little S's add anything. You should have just written Paul is king.
