Jürgen's "Lucky Chimney Sweep" Religieuses
Jürgen's chimney sweeps. were filled with two different crème diplomats - one was tea and rum, the other was coffee and kirsch.
He used craquelin for the clothing and chocolate ganache for the top hat.
Sadly, Jürgen didn't manage to get his oven hot before putting the choux in to bake.
Judging
Paul Hollywood: " They look a little deflated but the flavors are SPECTACULAR."
Prue Leith: "The balance of flavors is beautiful. It's a shame about the oven and the choux, because they taste great."
