Jürgen's classic black forest mini rolls had a chocolate genoise sponge filled with Kirsch cream and sour cherries. They were topped with chocolate christmas trees.

Prue Leith: "You've been clever to avoid over-sweetening - there's a lovely kick of sour cherry."
