Jairzeno's Chocolate, Passionfruit and Pineapple Brandy Snaps
Jairzeno's ambitious brandy snaps were filled with dark chocolate and lime ganache, passionfruit curd and decorated with chunks of spiced pineapple.

Prue Leith: "I didn't expect the chocolate to work with all the fruit, but it does. However, I think the flavors are all too strong."
Paul Hollywood: "These are small and messy. The idea was sound but not well-executed."
