Jalapeño Mexican Cheddar and Smoked Salt Soda Bread
Mat: "I'm doing a smoked salt and Mexican cheddar soda bread." Also adding jalapeño peppers to increase the heat. Making rounds with traditional cut or slash slice. Similar Mexican flavors to another contestant.
Paul: "I like that. Figs come through strongly." Mary: "It's baked okay. Blend between the goats cheese and the nuts as well particularly, is gorgeous." Paul: "It just crumbles when you touch it. I like it." Mary: "Thank you. It's delish."
