But I'm just going to tone down the spice slightly because I don't want to kill the judges. So it's a Jamaican beef patty flling. Some allspice and Jamaican curry powder. Oh, yes, and. Scotch bonnet. This is my Scotch bonnet. They're not for the faint of heart."
Aaron: "It's the prettiest plait I've ever done in my life. So it looks decent. Just say a little prayer. And it's in at 190º C."
