Connie: "It's a jerk chicken kind of a pasty pie, but it's a take on the Jamaican patty." Connie: "A pie would be encased with more like a top, but these are actually just going to be more like a pasty. Folded over." Connie (asked if she had practiced): "Oh, I have. I've fed my neighborhood, let's put it that way." Connie: "I'll get these pies right." Connie: "They're going to come out when we've got five minutes and then I'll put them on the board." Connie: "I know I said five. I'm just going to give them an extra two minutes." Connie: "Listen, the filling is going to be amazing." Connie (presenting): "My pasty is a take on the Jamaican patty. So a jerk chicken inspired pasty." Connie (after judging): "I'm really happy that it went down really well. It did exactly as I wanted it to do."
