Heidi: "Team Americas has got Nigeria. I am feeling pretty stressed. That is the thing about the MasterChef kitchen. It takes me out of my comfort zone. But Africa has a lot of influence in Jamaican cuisine. So I am putting a beautiful blend of Jamaican and Nigerian spices to create jollof fries, suya spice lamb with mango chutney and plantains."
