Keith's "Dad's Chocolate Orange" Vertical Layer Cake
Keith said "I am making chocolate orange cake in honor of my father.
Keith made a ganache by melting his dad's favourite chocolate (Chocolate Orange). He also added a little extra touch to his whipped cream filling.
Keith said "I've put some orange liqueur in there and while I normally put a bit less than the recipe suggests, I'm not sure that dialing down the booze is going to float this particular boat, so i'm doubling up."
