Keith's French Omelette

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Keith (initial reaction): "10 Minutes. French omelettes in 10 minutes, from start to finish, gathering ingredients, gathering equipment, like, that's impossible."
Keith (the brown problem): "When I rolled my eggs, I realized underneath that one was brown. Brown is not an option. You want it to be yellow. So I'm trying to get another omelette made, but I'm running out of time. Through this competition, I've been fighting for my place, and so I'm not giving up."
Keith (running out of time): "Trying to get another omelet made. And it's setting, but I'm running out of time."
Keith (reading the room): "From the comments, I know it's between Chris and I."
Keith (acceptance): "Understood."
Keith (farewell — eliminated): "I am someone who grew up with less than other people. Like, I come from Watts. I overcame the gangs, prison, poverty. I didn't go to culinary school. My introduction to the kitchen was surviving... One thing I've been consistent at is fighting in this competition for my place. And I'm proud of that... If I inspire one person where I come from, I've won." [Eliminated this episode; cumulative: 169 points across the season; this round: 50 points, second-highest cookoff score]
Padma: "Okay. This is Keith's plate. That's salty."
Michael: "I agree. Yeah."
Wiley: "Keith's omelette on your plate is so brown, so overcooked."
Padma: "Well, that's not good."
Wiley: "There's inconsistency in all of them. One is the most consistent."
Padma (verdict): "The chef that served my least consistent omelette is Keith."
Michael (verdict): "Keith."
Wiley (verdict): "Keith."
Padma: "I'm sorry. Keith, you served your final dish."
