Last week's Star Baker Maxy draws inspiration from her favorite roast, creating a pizza topped with lamb and flavoring the dough with rosemary. She learned her kneading technique from her tech teacher in year seven and admits to making pizza more than once but less than 10 times. Her family loved it during practice, though she only got a tiny slice. She hopes to live up to the expectations set by her Star Baker win.

Paul: Quite a thick base, isn't it? Flavor is fantastic. It's quite rich. The lamb, you got a great blend of seasoning. It's delicious. The only issue for me is I think that base is too thick. It does need to be a little bit thinner.
