Lamb Tagine Pasty

Hermine's hybrid pastry (not quite puff, not quite short) filled with tangy Moroccan spiced lamb tagine and chickpeas.
Paul: 'Another couple of minutes, perhaps, in the oven. I was running behind, so you're rushing it. Nice and full. That's beautiful. The lamb's cooked beautifully. The flavors of spices, just the right amount of veg to meat. It's beautiful.' Prue: 'That's a lovely pasty because you've got a good pastry on the outside. It's quite buttery. It's really delicious.'
