Layered Garlic Bulb Bread

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
[Signature challenge: the ultimate garlic bread. Any style, but it must be made with a yeasted dough and taste fabulously garlicky. Three hours. Paul and Nigella asked for garlic to be the star, with any extra flavors complementing it rather than overpowering it.]
Yannis made a garlic bulb shaped bread, stacking discs of dough with garlic confit butter between each layer. The garlic infusion was inspired by the garlic naan his family makes at home, and the dough also contained fresh garlic and garlic powder.
Yannis: "And then eventually mine is going to look like that, just bigger. And my garlic infusion is similar to that of a garlic naan, which we make quite often at home."
Yannis: "I am stacking my dough with my butter between each layer and then putting it together to form that loaf. However, if there's too much, the dough might not cook. In my practices I've put loads of butter. It wasn't great. I mean, it was delicious. But Paul wouldn't be happy with that."
Yannis: "I'm not gonna put too much garlic confit, but when you consider the butter that goes in between layers... Layered it with butter, with extra butter as well."
Yannis: "I need to glaze it."
Yannis (during judging): "I think maybe because I stacked the discs with the butter, maybe that's what caused it."
Yannis (after judging): "It's such a shame because the flavors were really there, and that is unfortunate. I think my most important focus is get bread that's baked perfectly."
Paul: "It's massively underproved and underbaked. We'll see what the texture is like inside." (cuts it open)
Nigella: "Oh, that's not fair."
Paul: "What did I say it was? Underbaked is raw. What you've got is raw dough."
Paul: "So you've loaded it. So it's gonna sit on the dough and not allow it to prove and therefore not bake. You can't eat that. That's not bread."
Nigella: "To have ambition is laudable, but you've got to find a way of delivering that will work."
