Individual lemon and elderflower sponge cakes with mixed berry compote and cream cheese filling. Sandro made 'lemon and elder four sponges with a mixed berry compot inside. It's got a cream cheese filling.' Part of his ambitious final signature that also included extra fruit tarts and biscuits.
Paul: 'Great flavors.' Prue: 'The fruit filling is. It's got that tartness still. It works beautifully with the lemon and the cream cheese, which is beautiful. I just think it's a little bit too big.' The flavor combination was excellent but portion size was criticized.
