Moyin made a lemon and raspberry layer cake with Swiss meringue buttercream, sticking to flavors he knows well.
Moyin: "Two hours is not a lot of time to make a cake without a recipe."
Moyin: "So I'm going for what I know. Lemon and raspberry cake. It's flavors I'm familiar with, which is the most important thing."
{Alison}: "You got a handshake, right?" (from the signature)
Moyin: "I did. I got a handshake. In my head, I always said if he was going to give me a handshake I was going to, like, reject it... Take my hand, take my hand."
Moyin: "I don't think I want to do this. Hopefully I could make the Swiss meringue again."
Moyin: "Raspberry and lemon on the outside. It looks good."

Paul: "Moving on to this abstract work. I think it's quite attractive."
Nigella: "I do. Yes. I rather like that."
Paul: "That's quite tough."
Nigella: "This bottom one is a bit compacted."
Paul: "I think the flavors are good. I think just slightly overbaked. And that's what's just dry on the mouth."
