Lemon Chantilly Swiss Roll

{Leighton}: "I'm going to take you to the Amalfi coast. Last year, Eric and I were in Italy and we love the lemon grove, so I'm recreating that in a Swiss roll today." Colorful lemon tree inlay design with zesty lemon curd and Chantilly cream, inspired by Italian vacation memories.
Prue: "I love your design. Those colors are just wonderful. It's a bit tough, isn't it? I think that was because my cold butter this morning. It is the butter. It's almost created a skin. The sponge itself I find a little bit claggy. I think it could come down to your folding. The flavors, though, are very good."
