Lemon and ginger tarts topped with meringue.
Gabe: "But I'm going to bring it out now. That'll do."

Nigella (at the bench, on the theme): "You're singing my song."
Nigella: "I do love your pastry, Gabe."
Paul: "The meringue needs to be a little bit more pillowy, but as an overall piece, it's delicious."
