Nikki made individual lemon meringue tartlets with piped meringue, possibly incorporating raspberries.
Nikki: "So I'm making lemon meringue tartlets. I'm thinking of trying to incorporate raspberries, maybe."
{Noel}: "Are we making the same thing?" (spotting a similar bake)
Nikki: "I told you, we're twins. Separated at birth."
{Nikki}: "Keep pushing, Nikki, keep pushing."
[Blind judging]
Paul: "Oh, another lemon meringue."
Nigella: "It's lovely-looking."
Paul: "I like the pipework."
Nigella: "Oh. I like a curd that makes your cheeks squeak. It's difficult because it is a bit fluid, but the flavor's really good."
Judges' ranking: 4th.
