Jon: "I like lemon meringue pie. So I thought I would try a lemon meringue cake." Jon adds an unconventional twist to his job delivering blood to the NHS by letting his daughters, Lucy and Hannah, choose what he wears to work. Mum and the girls have all approved his Italian meringue topped tray bake that pairs his favorite herb with his favorite pudding.
Prue: "They are quite elegant and it reminds me of an afternoon tea in a five star hotel. Cuz they look like the finger sandwiches." Paul: "You certainly get the lemon and the cardamom and they're in the right proportion. I think that's very good for something." Prue: "They taste beautiful."
