Sarah is showcasing her husband's favorite flavors in her babka with a lemon poppy seed filling and a lemon glaze.

Prue Leith: "Sarah. I hate to tell you this, but it's actually quite disappointing on the tongue. I like the fact that you've tried to keep the sugar levels down, but poppy seed needs a bit of sugar to bring out the flavour."


Paul Hollywood: "I actually think it's spot on because I got a little bit of syrup on the outside crust, which really helps with the sweetness."


Prue Leith: "Oh, you are absolutely right. If you get a bit of the crust, it's lovely."
