Life Cycle Paddling Pool Cake
A child's paddling pool decorated to document carefree youth and wiser older years. The cake features layers of chocolate avocado cream and plum jelly with a delicate spinach sponge. Paul Hollywood: "I think your cake concertina'd down, because it's a light cake. I saw you folding it. And what you've done is put seven layers on. It's just gone like that, and then it's dense." Prue Leith: "This is a terrific achievement. It's a huge cake. It is slightly over complicated because it's difficult to distinguish that many flavors." Paul Hollywood: "Design's excellent, flavors..."
