Dawn: "I'm doing lime and tamarind spring cake. Tamarind. It's a slightly earthy flavor, but it's fruity at the same time in this cake. It's fairly traditional, but it's got a bit of a twist."
Voice=over: "To compliment her tamarind jelly filling, Dawn will add coconut to her sponge and create a coconut marzipan topping."

Prue Leith: "At first glance, you think absolutely delightful. If you look closely, there are a few problems on there. A bit wibbly."
Paul Hollywood: "The tamarind works really well. Coconut works beautifully well with it."
