Savannah: "I made a lionfish crudo and sauce inspired by inside of the Keshi Yana. And then the frico on top is to represent how the cheese would get crispy on the outside if you baked one." 


Kristen Kish: "What's the heat?" 


Savannah: "The heat is a little bit of chili oil."
