Katie's 'good' dessert. Katie on presentation: "It's a liquid hazelnut tart with cherry sorbet." When asked about the reduction circling the plate, Katie answered: "Pedro Ximénez."

Nina Métayer (guest): "I never tried a liquid tart, and I really loved it. The only thing — this is not cooking off." 


Michael Cimarusti: "I love the fact he brought together, like, three of my favorite things — Pedro Ximénez sherry, cherries, and hazelnuts." 


Wylie Dufresne (jokingly): "Chef Michael, I really thought you were going to say some of your three favorite things are Padma, Nina, and I. I'm kind of disappointed."
