Which Show?
Who made this dish?
[Gluten free puff pastry slices in assorted sizes, filled with three cheeses and a herby tomato filling with pepperoni and chorizo, decorated as little monsters with mozzarella eyes and chorizo tongues.]
Tom: "You know, I probably should be feeling better coming off of pastry week as Star Baker, but gluten free pastry is a different ball game."
Tom: "I'm shoving in like three different types of cheeses."
Tom: "So I'm making little pizza pastries so they'll look like little monsters and they've got like pepperoni, chorizo, cheeses. There'll be a few different sizes as well because they are like little monsters."
Tom: "I think I bring the vibes to the function when it's needed."
Tom: "So I'm back again using my very strong cheddar. And then I'm going to sprinkle some Parmigiano Reggiano."
Tom: "I'm just whacking the temperature up."
Tom: "Oh, this one's eye's gone all the way down here, look."
Tom: "Yeah, I think they're fun."
Tom: "They are pizza filled puff pastry slices with mozzarella, a cheddar, a Parmesan, bit of chorizo, bit of pepperoni."
Nigella Lawson: "Flavor's good."
Paul Hollywood: "I think you got a great flake and, more importantly, the flavor inside is delicious. So the two work together because there's moisture in there."
Nigella Lawson: "It has made the internal layers have a bit more tenderness than gluten free pastry often has. It's worked really well."
Paul Hollywood: "I think that's a lovely pastry. Well done, Tom."
