Lizzie's giraffe-print coffee sponge was rolled around a tahini caramel filling and topped with edible pansies and white chocolate feathers.

Judging

Paul Hollywood: "Not the best looking mini rolls I've seen. There was obviously a rush. The cream and caramel has run out of the sponge because  it was too warm and so your flavours end up being wrong. The idea is good but it was subject to poor timing."
