Lewis is whipping up a Japanese inspired bite.
Lewis: "I'm doing a lobster takoyaki. Normally it's used with squid, but I thought it'd be a bit more boogier and chuck some lobster in there."
Presenting to Judge
Lewis: "I've made a lobster takoyaki with a sesame and sriracha emulsion, finished with a bit of bonito and sesame seeds."
Spencer Metzger: "Lewis's takayaki of lobster. I mean ... I wasn't expecting it to be hot, but it was. Was a lovely sauce running through it, and I'm really excited to see what he cooks in the competition. I could eat a few of them, though. They're dangerous."
