Andy: " The inspiration behind this is for my daughter. So once upon a time, I was making bread. I was looking for chorizo. I didn't have any in the fridge, so I was raiding through and found one of those favorite little salami treats, sitting there looking at me and I thought, oh, happy days. I'll use them."


Voice-over: "Maisie's chopped salami sticks will be folded into Andy's dough, along with cheddar cheese and chives."


Prue Leith: "I like the idea of the flavors. It's all about getting the texture on the bread as well as getting the flavor through in every bite, which is the key thing."


Prue Leith: "Do you know, I could just sit here and eat this all afternoon."


Paul Hollywood: "Really. It is a very, very soft roll. It's got a nice flavor to it and it is well balanced. I think it's decent. Yeah. Well done."
