Mamgu's Cherry-Apple Tart

Traditional family recipe created by grandmother when children refused rhubarb pie. Contains roasted rhubarb and apple with orange zest pastry. Uses semolina in bottom to prevent sogginess as per grandmother's advice.

"Good color underneath that rhubarb. I would have cooked that for less time."
"And we've ended up with two thick layers of pastry and a very thin layer of rhubarb."
