Mark's Sticky Marmalade Tea Loaf

Voice-over: "Mark Withers is a bus driver in South Wales. His cakes are the talk of the depot. He also makes his own marmalade for his signature sticky marmalade tea loaf."
Mark: "There's only so much marmalade on toast you can eat, so it's nice to have something different to do with my marmalade. It's quite a straightforward recipe and it's quite forgiving, so there's not a huge amount that can go wrong with it. "
Paul Hollywood: "What went wrong?" (The cake was sunk in the middle.)
Mark: "I don't know."
Mary Berry: "Did that go down when it came out?
Mark: "It was down when it came out, it was already down. It sunk."
Paul Hollywood: "Well, something's happened to it while it's been in the oven, it's been knocked, door's been open, oven's been banged."
Mary Berry: "It's absolutely delicious. But we always say it's got to look good."
Paul Hollywood: "For me, it's a little bit bitter. And the ginger is starting to overwhelm everything. It's sitting on my pallet now. But the texture of it is fantastic."
