Matty: "I wanted to do something with coconut because I quite like the flavor of coconut and I feel that it marries quite nicely."
Paul Hollywood: "They look quite attractive. I think the caramel could have been a little bit darker. You can tell by the color there. It's too pale."
Prue Leith: "Yes, but they look nice and smooth. I love the flavor because tof he chai."
Paul Hollywood: "Flavor is quite strong. It's interesting, and I think it really works. But they are probably a little over baked."
Prue Leith: "Really tastes delicious. I keep wanting to go back for another bite."
