Maxy set out ambitiously to create a nativity scene - Mary, Joseph, three wise men and some angels.
Modeled after Maxy's favorite drink (a cinnamon caramel latte), her choux buns were filled with coffee crème légère and had in the center of each bun a button of cinnamon caramel.
Judging
Prue Leith: " These are beautifully risen. Yummm.
Paul Hollywood: " They don't look very good. The flavor combinations, though, are great."
