Chef Nicole: "I got kind of the goofball emoji. I made you a crispy meatball covered in a flat rice called Com Dep that's been stained with pandan leaf."

Chef Gaggan Anand: "That's spicy but good. I love spicy. I was very surprised. Sweet little green grinchy looking thing. And that meatball was fiercely spiced. Great disguise."
