Mediterranean Cottage Loaf with Chili
So I've got Gruyere cheese basil and I've got some olives as well. It looks like a pizza anyway. So who doesn't like a bit of roast garlic? Bursting with olives sun dried tomato and Parmesan. I think the favors are great inside when it comes to the overall look of it. Features Gruyère cheese, basil, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, roasted garlic, and chili flakes for a Mediterranean pizza-inspired flavor profile.
Paul Hollywood: Well it's certainly rustic. I think you fumbled a little bit when you cut this cuz it's gone all over the place. It is a lot of filling but actually it works. Nothing is overpowering. Oh chili's coming in right at the end. It's lovely. It's split here quite badly. And this is down to under proving it. So it needed another 10 minutes or so. I think you've got a great bake on it though.
