Mediterranean Monkey Bread

Two-variety Mediterranean monkey bread with kalamata olives and rosemary in one variety, and 'nduja (spicy Italian sausage) and basil in the other. Jasmine stuck to tried and tested Mediterranean flavors she knows work well.
Very neat appearance with all balls visible - looks attractive and clever. Not getting enough rosemary with olive, would like more olive and would have used coriander with olive instead. Absolutely delicious though - perfect with friends and wine.
