Manny: "When I think about fish and the beach, I think about eating it on the beach in Mexico. So there's beer in the boil. Instead of bread, I wanted to go with tortilla chips, guacamole, Mexican white rice with corn, butter, whey, chipotle, and lime. The broth is a chayote tomato chipotle."
