Sura's sweet soda bread featuring Middle Eastern dried fruits including apricots, dried cherries, and walnuts, incorporating her heritage flavors into the traditional Irish bread format.
Prue: 'So the fruits, mostly apricots. Apricots, dried cherries and walnuts. I think that is delicious.' Paul: 'Really, really good. My only issue with both those is your temperature choice. You should have baked it higher and it would have been spot on for both of them.' Excellent flavors but needed better baking technique for optimal results.
