Who made this dish?

Justin: "I've never put the shoulder in a sandwich, but I think it'll lend itself really well. It holds its shape well, so it won't fall apart. I hope." Justin baked the milk bread buns from scratch on the day. Justin: "The whole dish is built around making a beautiful pork sandwich, so I want to keep the shoulder intact as much as I can, but I also want to get some crispy bits on there."

Presenting: Justin: "I made a milk bread barbecue sandwich with smoked pork shoulder, Alabama coleslaw, spicy pickles, and a western style Carolina dipping sauce."

RESULT: Justin loses Round 1.

{Gail}: "I really appreciate the bun that you made from scratch. The pork, you achieved really good seasoned flavor in that."

{Padma}: "Justin, the milk bread was delicious. That pork, I found it just to be slightly under seasoned."

{Michelle}: "Why chop your pork instead of slicing?" Justin: "To fit the bun."

{Michelle}: "I think in barbecue, you kind of let loose a little. It's okay if it's not super pristine, especially in a sandwich."

{Gail}: "It was very tasty for what it was, but it didn't really show much creativity."

{Tom}: "There wasn't enough meat in there. There was more bun to meat."

{Michelle}: "That's why I was like, you should have just sliced it, and it would have been exponentially better."
