Voice-over: "Christiaan's knotted plaits will be made up of an infused mushroom dough, hazelnut sage and truffle oil pesto. And for an extra umami kick, some porcini mushrooms." 


Prue Leith: "The only thing that worries me is you've got porcini and truffle" 


Christiaan: "Yeah. I've never put the two together. I love mushroom."


Paul Hollywood: "You're a bit of a 'fun-ghi', basically."



Paul Hollywood: "I like the look. And there's a little small one there, and they're a little bit odd in size, but they look quite nice."


Prue Leith: "No, I think they look lovely."


Prue Leith: "I'm amazed, Christiaan. I did not think the pesto  and the mushrooms would be good together, and I was wrong. They go beautifully together and you can taste both. Thank you."


Paul Hollywood: "My concern was more the level of truffle oil compared with the poini mushrooms because you got the liquid from the pacini mushrooms going into the dough. You've also got just the right amount of truffle oil, so it blends really nicely together. It's a decent roll."


Prue Leith: "Absolutely lovely."
