Who made this dish?
[Signature challenge: the ultimate garlic bread. Any style, but it must be made with a yeasted dough and taste fabulously garlicky. Three hours. Paul and Nigella asked for garlic to be the star, with any extra flavors complementing it rather than overpowering it.] Mo, who had never made bread before, made a teddy bear shaped garlic bread with Bangladeshi Naga chili pickle running through both the dough and the garlic butter. The finished bear carried an "I love bread" message, a joke at Paul's expense after Mo told him bread was boring. Mo: "I'm using this Naga pickle that's very popular in Bangladeshi cuisine. It's very spicy, and I just thought, why not add it into garlic bread?" Paul: "Do you like making bread?" Mo: "I've never made bread before. I just have this idea of bread being like really boring and sad. Bread is super boring." Nigella: "Oh, you've lost him." Noel: "You've destroyed Paul." Mo: "I don't really know what temperature to bake it at, but I just feel like 180 is always the safe option." Mo: "I don't know what I'm actually looking for, but it looks cooked, so I'm just going to go with that." Mo: "I told Paul I hate bread, so it says, I love bread."
Paul: "I think it's very cute. And I can see now you love bread. Or Super Ted does. Your dough is a bit springy, but it needed more proving." Nigella: "The chili is rather drowning out anything." Alison: "Is it spicy?" Paul: "Where's the garlic?" Mo: "I brushed it on top. And there's some in the middle." Paul: "Nowhere near enough. Less heat, more garlic. Thank you very much, mate."
