Neapolitan Pizza Garlic Bread

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
[Signature challenge: the ultimate garlic bread. Any style, but it must be made with a yeasted dough and taste fabulously garlicky. Three hours. Paul and Nigella asked for garlic to be the star, with any extra flavors complementing it rather than overpowering it.]
Gabe made a garlic bread infused with classic Neapolitan pizza flavors, using 12 bulbs of garlic in total (about four in each bread).
Gabe: "But Paul is going to be paying attention to every minor detail."
Gabe: "My garlic bread is going to have classic Neapolitan pizza flavor."
Gabe: "So if you, like, separate it without it tearing too much, it means that the gluten strands are sort of like holding together."
Gabe: "I'm using 12 bulbs of garlic, which feels excessive, but the first word is garlic, not bread. Hopefully it proves and it bakes in time."
Alison: "Gabe, you are bringing it in your bakes at the moment. You're up there, aren't you?"
Gabe: "You know, I'd like to think so. I'm feeling very competitive, though."
Alison: "Who's your competition?"
Gabe: "Tom's really good. Moyin. What about Gary? Gary has been very good at, like, helping everyone. So I'm like, does he count as competition?"
Gabe: "Well, I'm conscious about putting too much filling in, largely because there's four bulbs, like, in each of these. It's garlic bread. Should taste like garlic, right?"
Gabe: "And now we wait. I'm going to let it prove for about half an hour. Hopefully that's long enough."
Gabe: "I have just whacked that up just a little bit, so hopefully we can get a bit more of a rise on it."
Gabe: "So I'm gonna let it bake until basically the time is called, because it needs as long as possible. So fingers crossed."
Gabe: "I'm just pacing 'cause I'm literally going down to the minute. The second we've got one minute left, it's coming out."
Gabe: "I mean, look at that."
Gabe (judging): "No, no, I'm not happy with it, to be honest."
Nigella: "Are you not happy with it?"
Paul: "I can tell you what's wrong with it. It's raw. Yeah, it's raw."
Nigella: "He's got X-ray vision."
Paul: "I'll show you what I mean." (cuts it open)
Gabe: "Look at that. Tragic."
Paul: "Can't eat that. There's a couple of issues. There's a lot of garlic in that, just by smelling it. And because the filling's in there as well, your dough is weak to start with. It's a shame."
Nigella: "The thing is, you've got a slightly larger than life, generous personality, and that went in your baking the wrong way. Better luck next time."
