New Year Good Luck Cake

Which Show?
Who made this dish?

Ruoyun: "Growing up, my mom would always make a lot of desserts for Chinese New Year because that's a time for family and friends to gather."

Voice Over: "Royun's bringing Asian flavors that symbolize good luck. A marbled coconut and black sesame sponge will be coated in a yuzu icing. And for texture, she'll top it all off with some sesame Florentines."

Ruoyun: "Problem is that this is a really long bake. Because of my black sesame powder, it bakes a little bit longer. I think the trick to it is just doing, like, really small portions."

Paul Hollywood: "It's a bit small, right. I'd like to see more height in that."

Ruoyun: "I wanted to try to cut down on bake time, so I didn't use all of the batter."

Paul Hollywood: "Okay. There's a swirl.

Prue Leith: "I've got mostly the black sesame bit which is absolutely delicious. But it's quite dry."

Paul Hollywood: "You've slightly over baked it, so you've dried it out."
