Manny, presenting to the judges: "I have a New York Strip loin, pistachio crusted, pommes purée with horseradish and cilantro and marcona almonds and salsa verde on top."
Shaina Papach: "I love mayonnaise. Almond salsa verde. I think it's really flavorful and acidic and tasty."
Kristen Kish: "I love meat and potatoes, but when you have a silky palm puree and you have a tough, chewy piece of meat together, those two things never match up for me."
Gail Simmons: "The meat was really flavorful, except the fat hadn't been rendered in a way that made it easy to cut and easy to chew."
