Onion and Pine Nut Rolls

Chetna has introduced pine nuts to give an extra crunch to her onion rye rolls, which she's serving with a lentil chutney. Chetna said: "I'm just mixing the onion and pine nuts, which are my main flavors, into the dough. Not an easy task. As soon as I start, it all keeps coming out."
Mary Berry asked: "What sort of consistency were you looking for?"
Chetna replied: "It's quite light, but it's also slightly dense. And packed full of flavour."
Paul Hollywood responded: "Guess that a get out of jail free card, that one. That's covering all the bases. ."
