Orange and Cardamom Rye Bread Knots

Kate combined doughs to form her two tone knots which she glazed with a sticky orange syrup. Kate said: "Yes. I'm making orange and cardamom knots with two different types of dough and I'm knotting them together." The judges noted her technique: "That looks a nice soft dough. Not too tight."
Paul Hollywood praised: "Yeah, they got a nice bake. The blend you got between the orange and cardamon is absolutely spot on." Mary Berry added: "It's really scrumptious. And the orange is just perfect. And it's coming through. And just a little. The other spice just made look beautiful. That's so pretty on the inside, isn't. Look at that." Paul concluded: "Very clever. And. And it is baked very well. I can see that."
