The layers were a pandan cake, coconut cream, toasted coconut crumble, coconut pudding and coconut jelly. She swapped the bowls by accident at the pass so the dry ice ended up in the wrong vessel, and admitted she forgot the orange zest and that the cake was slightly underbaked. The dish took a top 10 place.
