Passion Fruit Martini Trifle

As seen on TV
Which Show?
Who made this dish?
Part of Tom's cocktail-themed trolley of four desserts (the most of any baker), each based on one of his favorite drinks.
With a passion fruit jelly.
Tom: "I'm doing a passion fruit martini trifle, mojito pavlova, limoncello tart and Irish cream crème brûlée."
Tom: "My head's all over the place. Don't even know what day of the week it is."
Tom: "Passion fruit martini. It is a fancy little trifle. It's the fanciest trifle I've ever eaten."
Tom: "This is probably the most stressed I've ever been in my life."
Tom: "We've got a passion fruit martini trifle."
[Showstopper: a retro dessert trolley of at least three individually portioned desserts, eight of each, with at least one baked element. 4 hours 30 minutes.]
Paul (at the bench): "I think that's a clever way of doing it."
[Nigella appears to comment on the trolley as a whole, though her line falls just before Tom's judging and the word "camp" may refer to Gabe's trolley:] Nigella: "The theme works. It's got coherence and it's got camp and it's got beauty."
Paul: "I think the balance of textures works well in that there's sponge with the cream, with the fruit."
Nigella: "The passion fruit, with that sharpness, that sourness."
Paul: "And it looks good."
