Karis: "I am working on my coconut Swiss meringue buttercream."
Voice-over: "Karis' cake is inspired by her travels in Latin America. It will feature a vanilla sponge, passion fruit curd, and coconut flavored Swiss meringue buttercream."
Paul Hollywood: "How are you introducing the coconut? In what form?"
Karis: "So it's going to be in the Swiss meringue buttercream. I'm using coconut cream and the tiniest bit of coconut extract just to make sure that it holds up against the passion fruit curd because it's very strong."
