Peach trifle with Earl Grey infused custard and peach tea jelly.
Gabe: "My peach tea jelly is just set. Wibble wobble, wibble wobble, jelly on a trolley. It's not quite the same."
Gabe: "Peach tea trifle."
[Showstopper: a retro dessert trolley of at least three individually portioned desserts, eight of each, with at least one baked element. 4 hours 30 minutes.]
